The wrinkles you observed on the faux leather jacket are likely due to prolonged folding and compression during transit. This is a common occurrence with leather products, as the material can temporarily crease when packed tightly for shipping. Please rest assured that this is not a permanent defect or an issue with the quality of the jacket itself.

Here’s how you can easily restore the jacket to its smooth appearance:

1 Hang the jacket in a well-ventilated area (away from direct sunlight or heat) for 24–48 hours. The weight of the leather will often allow the wrinkles to naturally fall out.

2 Use a handheld steamer (on low heat) and gently steam the wrinkled areas from a distance of 6–8 inches. Avoid direct contact with the leather.

3 Alternatively, you can lightly iron the jacket through a thin cotton cloth using the lowest heat setting. Never iron leather directly.
